Feng Shui Consultations
I feel deeply honored to be invited into people’s homes and spaces. I am continually impressed by people’s willingness and ability to share candidly what feels out of harmony in their lives. I am humbled by their trust, and their openness to suggestions and guidance in helping them transform their spaces and their lives. I cannot think of a greater honor.
Who wants a Feng Shui consultation? Everyone, but particularly people who are going through some sort of change, like a divorce, a job change, or becoming an empty-nester. Also those who aren’t experiencing enough change, and desire to see evolution in their relationships, career, health, finances, and other aspects of their lives.
Many people find Feng Shui extremely helpful when building a home or remodeling a space, or in dealing with marital tension and stress. While I am often hired by one person in the household, I ask that all adult members be involved in the consultation if possible. While the other partner may be reluctant at first (sometimes even downright distant), once we are underway I am deeply heartened to find that partner joining in and engaging in the consultation, and in the discussions about their home and their life. Over and over again I feel humbled and inspired by this experience.
What to expect
Time
Your consultation is usually about two or three hours long. That will give you what you need to continue applying Feng Shui techniques to your home for years without any additional reading or guidance from an outside source.
Many people find that the experience of applying Feng Shui is so powerful that they desire to continue to learn and to refine. Feng Shui can optimize improving additional residences or work spaces, creating floor plans for potential remodels or additions, and refining redecorating plans.
Fees
- Your consultation includes two and half hours on site, and all advance work and follow-up included. The base cost is $360.
- After our initial consultation I am available to provide additional Feng Shui services, billed at $90/hour.
I will provide you with a bid once I understand the scope of the consultation. In addition to the base cost, some additional fees may be added.
- The base fee may be adjusted for size of your space.
- If the home or office is located west of the Twin Cities, Minnesota or east of Eau Claire, Wisconsin a travel fee may be added.
- These considerations will be discussed in advance, probably at the time consultation is scheduled. No surprises!

Clutter isn’t simply too much stuff. It’s also stuff that isn’t in the right location, or is stored in a way that doesn’t allow it to be accessed with ease. Clutter congests, blocks, conjuses, burdens. It makes it difficult for you and your space to breathe.
Addressing the physical clutter in our spaces also brings us fact-to-face with internal clutter. Get excited because this is why the mundane act of decluttering can transform us and our lives moving forward.

Using hands-on decluttering tools and powerful Feng Shui principles I will guide you through that evolution. You’ll learn my simple system that makes tackling a drawer or an entire chaotic room doable. Repeatable. Rewarding.
I’ll be there to direct the process step-by-step, shore up your emotional and physical energy to face it and com out to a very different place.

What to expect
Process
- We’ll connect for a phone consultation to discuss your goals, main areas of concern, etc. We’ll go over the process and I’ll give you recommendations to prepare.
- We’ll plan for two days of hands-on decluttering together. I recommend that the two days are no closer than two weeks and no lnger than six months apart.
- I arrive with my equipment including tables, boxes and bins for the decluttering process.
- Each decluttering day enerally lasts 7-8 hours, including lunch and some breaks. We conclude by putting everything back together so you are ready for daily life to continue with ease.
- I teach you my simple but powerful system for decluttering everything from a drawer to an entire room.
- We’ll identify where to begin as well as your higher purpose and end goals.
- Then we’re ready to set up our system and dive in. We’ll sort items based on if they should be donated, sold, gifted or kept. Then we decide where they should live and how they should be stored.
Fees
Fee of $1440 includes:
- Pres-session consultation to discuss your goals and get you ready for the first decluttering day.
- Two days of in-person, hands-on work with you in your space. These two days should be no closer than two weeks and no longer than six months apart.
